Oh So Succulent

This  reminds me of the chicken and hens plants that were always growing at my grandmother's house and even in my own back yard when I was a kid. They bring back memories of happy days of family that are all now gone and so are the plants from the yard.

This was my first try at die cutting and assembling my first succulent. I have a project in mind with some cute little pots I found yesterday at our local dollar store.

I'm very happy with the way my first flower turned out but mostly I'm happy to the past it returned my memories to.
