You're my Anchor Card

Sometimes when I just sit down to make a card because I'm passing my scrap room I surprise my self. I decided to combine a lot of retiring product with the Guy Greetings stamp set that is carrying over. I'm pretty happy with this since it was all spontaneous.

I like the way the banner piece from Birthday Fiesta made a rope looking accent for the card.

Another Stampin' Up! Year

Another annual catalog is nearing the end of the road and while I'm so said yo see some of my favorite stamp sets, colors and embellishments retire, the new catalog has some product that will soon become some new favorites.

Even though I can't show anything from the new catalog just yet, I can show you one of the incoming fabulous suites it there.

As demonstrators we were allowed to preorder and mine came in yesterday. I love the 3 new in colors in the suite and the dies and stamp set are amazing. As I play with this suite I will post pictures and video tutorials but for now here is a picture of the suite.

Oh So Succulent Wow Card

Great color combinations can really make a card pop. When you combine two different stamp sets together with that color combination you get a card with a big WOW factor and then the resulting feeling of "did I really make that?" Anyway that's how it makes me feel and this card did that for me.

I used Oh So Succulent and Timeless Treasures to create the images and combined tempting turquoise and early espresso  cardstock for my color combination.  I have to admit I'm am totally in love with this card.

Day at the Beach Online class

My first online class will feature the Day at the Beach stamp set. The class will include the stamp set and the 4 colors of ink needed to complete the cards in the class. There will be 3 different cards with the supplies (my gift to you for taking the class) needed to complete the cards and the envelopes. The exclusive video link will be emailed to you once the class is paid for. I will order the supplies and send you the class packet. Invoices will be sent via Square.
